WARRANTY
All Z1 Sim Wheels and LCD Boxes come with a 30 day warranty. This warranty covers the manufacture and assembly of the wheel and/or LCD box. It does not cover the buttons, rotary switches or SLI-Pro. The seller, zBlueSoftware, is not responsible for any delays or damages as a result of shipping, customs inspections or other activates related to shipping. The seller, zBlueSoftware, is not responsible for packages rerouted, lost or misdirected. All items are shipped to the address indicated by the buyer. Should an item be returned for warranty claim during the first 30 days after receipt, the item will be repaired or replaced at the seller's, zBlueSoftware's, sole discretion. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees related to this warranty.
RETURN POLICY
All Z1 Sim Wheels and LCD Boxes come with a 7 day return policy, during which time the buyer may return the wheel or LCD box for a refund. The wheel must be returned in new condition. Any damage to the wheel will void this return policy. If the buyer is unsure about whether or not the wheel is in new condition they should contact zBlueSoftware to discuss this concern. Failure to do so will result in zBlueSoftware solely deciding whether or not the wheel is in new condition, and therefore whether or not a refund will be issued. The refund does not include the shipping costs for sending the wheel to the buyer, or the cost of shipping for returning the wheel to zBlueSoftware, which must be paid for by the buyer. Any damage that may occur during the shipping of the wheel or LCD box back to zBlueSoftware will void this policy. The buyer must contact zBlueSoftware before returning the wheel or LCD box in order for this policy to be in effect.
Z1 SIM WHEEL SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE TERMS OF USE
DEFINITIONS. "Software" means the Z1 Sim Wheel LCD Screen application in binary form, any other machine readable materials (including, but not limited to, libraries, source files, header files, and data files), any updates or error corrections provided by zBlueSoftware, and any user manuals, programming guides and other documentation provided to you by zBlueSoftware under this Agreement. "Hardware" means the Z1 Sim Wheel in any variation and/or the LCD screen box.
LICENSE TO USE. zBlueSoftware grants you a license to install Software any number of machines. The software may only be run in association with the account names specified by the buyer at the time of purchase. zBlueSoftware grants you a license to use the hardware for the sole purpose of computer simulated racing. Any other use of the hardware is forbidden. The hardware may not be copied or duplicated in any way.
RESTRICTIONS. Software is confidential and copyrighted. Title to Software, Hardware and all associated intellectual property rights is retained by zBlueSoftware. Unless enforcement is prohibited by applicable law, you may not modify, decompile, copy, or reverse engineer Software. No right, title or interest in or to any trademark, service mark, logo or trade name of zBlueSoftware or the Z1 Sim Wheel or its licensors is granted under this Agreement.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ZBLUESOFTWARE BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST REVENUE, PROFIT OR DATA, OR FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OR MISUSE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE HARDWARE AND/OR SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ZBLUESOFTWARE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. In no event will zBlueSoftware's liability to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, exceed the amount paid by you for Hardware and/or Software under this Agreement.
