WARRANTY
The software does not come with a warranty and may not be returned once purchased. All Z1 LCD Boxes come with a 30 day warranty. This warranty covers the manufacture and assembly of the unit.
The seller, zBlueSoftware, is not responsible for any delays or damages as a result of shipping, customs inspections or other activates related to shipping. The seller, zBlueSoftware, is not responsible for packages rerouted, lost or misdirected. All items are shipped to the address indicated by the buyer. Should an item be returned for warranty claim during the first 30 days after receipt, the item will be repaired or replaced at the seller's, zBlueSoftware's, sole discretion. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees related to this warranty.
RETURN POLICY
All Z1 LCD Boxes come with a 7 day return policy, during which time the buyer may return the unit for a refund. Refunds do not include the PayPal fee, which is not refundable. The unit must be returned in new condition. Any damage to the unit will void this return policy. If the buyer is unsure about whether or not the unit is in new condition they should contact zBlueSoftware to discuss this concern. Failure to do so will result in zBlueSoftware solely deciding whether or not the unit is in new condition, and therefore whether or not a refund will be issued. The refund does not include the shipping costs for sending the unit to the buyer, or the cost of shipping for returning the unit to zBlueSoftware, which must be paid for by the buyer. Any damage that may occur during the shipping of the unit back to zBlueSoftware will void this policy. The buyer must contact zBlueSoftware before returning the unit in order for this policy to be in effect.
Z1 SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE TERMS OF USE
DEFINITIONS. "Software" means the Z1 Dashboard, Z1 Server, Z1 Analyzer and/or Z1 Designer applications in binary form, any other machine readable materials (including, but not limited to, libraries, source files, header files, and data files), any updates or error corrections provided by zBlueSoftware, and any user manuals, programming guides and other documentation provided to you by zBlueSoftware under this Agreement. "Hardware" the Z1 LCD Screen in any variation.
LICENSE TO USE. zBlueSoftware grants you a license to install Software on one machine. The software may only be run in association with the order number provided to the buyer by zBlueSoftware at the time of purchase. zBlueSoftware grants you a license to use the hardware for the sole purpose of computer simulated racing. Any other use of the hardware is forbidden. The hardware may not be copied or duplicated in any way.
RESTRICTIONS. Software is confidential and copyrighted. Title to Software, Hardware and all associated intellectual property rights is retained by zBlueSoftware. Unless enforcement is prohibited by applicable law, you may not modify, decompile, copy, or reverse engineer Software. No right, title or interest in or to any trademark, service mark, logo or trade name of zBlueSoftware, Z1 Sim Wheel, Z1 Dashboard, Z1 Server, Z1 Analyzer, Z1 Designer or its licensors is granted under this Agreement.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ZBLUESOFTWARE BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST REVENUE, PROFIT OR DATA, OR FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OR MISUSE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE HARDWARE AND/OR SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ZBLUESOFTWARE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. In no event will zBlueSoftware's liability to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, exceed the amount paid by you for Hardware and/or Software under this Agreement.
